Measuring is the least favourite part of the project for most crafters, In fact some are more than a little scared. With an A'level in maths, making use of a rule and calculator is not something that bothers me, but it's boring, and I'd much rather get on and cut and stick.
Yesterday I was perusing Pin Interest, and came across some beautiful images of flip flop scrapbook, full of lovely secret hiding places for journalling. Unfortunately all the tutorials had lots of information about measurements needed, so i drew a sketch and vowed to come back to it later.
I was just about to leave the house to meet my daughter from school, when I was hit with an idea that would require NO measuring!!!!!!!

This is what I made, last night, and this morning, I used Papermania 'sew lovely' that I got as a gift (thank you Amy), and created a beautiful flip flop book. It did take some time, so I have reworked again to make a smaller one. To see how it is made there are more details on my 'Demo' page and If you would like to win this one like this page, when I reach 100 I'll raffle it off.
